                    Saxenburg “Guinea Fowl” White
    The Viognier (32%) adds richness and structure to the
blend whilst the Chenin Blanc (68%) is fresh and fruity. It is
 a perfect aperitif, great with chicken and salad dishes and

             will compliment spicy oriental foods too.

       Nicolas van der Merwe Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon
  Selected handpicked grapes, 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50%
Semillon. This crispy blend with a complex mouth feel and
    long fruity finish will compliment any light to medium

             cuisine like salads, pasta and fish dishes.

               Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir
  The slightest pink hue can be discreetly detected in this
vintage - this could be dangerously enticing. Complements

              fish, chicken and Mediterranean cuisine

                            Springfield Miss Lucy
 This unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Pinot

    Gris bursts with citrus pamplemousse flavours and an
   ample mouth feel, yet remarkably moderate in alcohol.
